THE BAND:

Buzz: Guitar & vocals

Buzz1 > BUZZ.jpg (1078x968) Buzz has paid his dues on the soft toy rock circuit, and is now applying his significant talents to the power pop scene of Nursery Wave.  Proving himself a guitar hero in such acts as Real Gone Teddies and The Teddy Effect, Buzz has reinvented himself as the quintessential pop rock front man for Teddy Rock.  All blustery charisma and killer charm, Buzz brings self assured vocals and formidable guitar chops to bear on this genre defining album.

Buzz’s heroes/influences: Joe Strummer, Billie Joe Armstrong, Tom De Longe

Belle: Keyboards & vocals

Belle1 > BELLE.jpg (254x500) Belle is the ultimate pop package – fresh faced beauty and a don’t mess with me vocal style.  Clever and gorgeous, Belle plays keys with the confidence of a classically trained pianist, and growls with an intensity to rival her more experienced peers.  Coming up through the ranks of the Teddy Bear Club, Belle has broken the mold created by other pop-ettes, gaining cred as a hard working touring bear doing back up duties for the King of Teddy Soul himself, James Bear.

Belle’s heroes/influences: PJ Harvey, Lily Allen, Blondie, The Go-Go’s

Bop: Drums & vocals

Bop1 > BOP.jpg (431x500) Bop has been a notorious funster on the soft toy rock scene for years, and is now sharing his frenetic drumming style and punk pop vocals on record for the first time.  With a devil may care attitude that belies his widely endorsed drumming credentials, Bop brings his mischief and volatility to Teddy Rock – as crucial as a rock solid back beat.  Bop’s vocals recall two of his heroes Teddy Rotten and Teddy Ramone, no surprise given that he listens to punk throughout the hibernation period.

Bop’s heroes/influences: Keith Moon, Tommy Lee, Jack Black
